Who am I? An industrial designer who eats challenges for breakfast, hunting down what scares me, until I master it.
I used to let fear decide for myself, but this changed.
Vertigo? I took rock climbing classes until I was able to reach the top.
Social anxiety? I participated to plays and musicals.
This is how I treat problem solving in design. I dive head first until I understand it and solve it.

My motivation and passion for design has a positive influence on the people around me, thus making me a good team player. Working with seniors has taught me patience and happiness in simplicity. Every person I work with is unique, has different needs and tastes. This is how I learned to tailor my approach to every design project and client. Competitive by nature, this trait has shaped me into a hard-working designer who tends to deliver more than what is asked. Energy, passion, results. A perfect combination for a design company wanting to hire the fresh minds of this century. So, how far will we go together?

ALUMINUM EXTRUSION PROJECT

The Küche Kitchen Tool Organizer was designed for users needing to have a practical and aesthetic way of putting away their kitchen tools. The central focus point of the project was to utilize the aluminum extrusion process in an efficient way to create a product which would solve a problem: an organizational issue. By offering a rack which has easily removable and interchangeable parts, the product can be cleaned often and adapt itself to any kitchen environment, for it also offers different ways of fastening for different types of walls. Finally, the Küche Kitchen Tool Organizer can be used for more than one type of tool, since it can hold spoons, knives, and has hooks for other accessories.
HANDLE DESIGN: JUMP ROPE
I remember the day I first held a jump rope in my hands. It was in elementary school and we were doing feet coordination exercises. I was trying to hold onto the handles, but they kept slipping out of my small hands… The Nefertiti Jump Rope is designed to allow students from all ages to jump rope using a product that is adaptable to their height, is customizable and comfortable. Its simple cord changing system allows for different cord lengths, perfect for schools wanting to use these handles for all school grades. The hole in the handle is meant to bring the fingers closer, thus offering a better grip to the user and a feeling of security when jumping. After a multitude of sketches, models, testing and prototyping, the Nefertiti truly became a user’s product, answering a need that I have myself experienced.
